In order to protect our trainers' and practitioners' income, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice of all cancellations. In the event that you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or do not show up for a scheduled appointment, you will be charged for the cost of the entire session.
inclement weather policy
Weather happens and often prevents us from getting where we had planned to go. Our general rule of thumb is, if your trainer was available in studio for your scheduled session, then any missed appointments will be treated as a late cancellation. Should your trainer not be able to make it, then the cancellation is mutual and there is no penalty. Should you want a session and your trainer is unavailable, please contact us - undoubtedly another trainer made it in and would be happy to see you during one of the newly opened spots.
If you are unsure if impeding weather will prevent you from making it to your appointment, please preemptively cancel your session outside of the 24hr cancellation window. If you find that the weather wasn't as bad as DC meteorologists had predicted and would still like a session, contact us and we will do our best to get you in same day.
Lost or Stolen Articles
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. While we have never had a single incidence of theft at the studio, if you are concerned with the safety of your items, please secure your items in the lockers provided on the second floor.
