pilates instructor / yoga teacher
Cathy Trenary has been teaching pilates in the DC area for over four years. Having completed a Masters in Counseling and Development at George Mason University, Cathy's passions lie in physical and mental wellness. During her graduate coursework she also completed a mindfulness curriculum through Mindful Schools in New York City and enjoys teaching mindfulness and stress-management techniques to high school and college students. Most recently she has completed a 200 hour power yoga training. Cathy commits herself to increasing a sense of calm, building a sense of community, and helping others de-stress.
Through her 600 hour Power Pilates training, along with her 200 hour Baron Baptiste Yoga training, Cathy empowers students to find their edge, discover their inner and outer strength and be the best versions of themselves.
